Welcome to Priyaa Label. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Priyaa Label website and your purchase of our products. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Priyaa Label ("we," "us," "our") is a made-to-order Indian couture label. Our atelier is located in Tardeo, Mumbai. You can reach us at priyaalabel@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and the made-to-order nature of our work

Each Priyaa Label garment is handcrafted and made to order. Because our pieces are made by hand, slight variations in colour, embroidery, gota, and mirror work are natural characteristics of the craft and are not considered defects. Colours may also appear slightly different on screen depending on your device. Sizes 2XL and above carry a small surcharge to cover additional fabric and finishing.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), with taxes applied as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay and accepted via major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI on qualifying orders. For bridal and custom orders, bank transfer is available on request, and a 50% advance is required to confirm the order.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order after acceptance in exceptional circumstances (for example, where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred). Where we cancel, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

6. Cancellations, returns, and shipping

As our pieces are made to order, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, because the piece goes into production, cancellation may not be possible. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, and dispatch and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please review both before purchasing.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, garments, images, text, logos, and the Priyaa Label name and marks — is the property of Priyaa Label and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use any of our designs or content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priyaa Label shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
