  • Communications — messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, the contact form, or social media.
  • Automatic information — your device, browser, IP address, and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to:

  • process and deliver your order, including made-to-measure and bespoke pieces, and keep you updated on its progress;
  • respond to your enquiries and provide customer care;
  • send you updates about new work, collections, and offers — only where you have asked to hear from us, and you can unsubscribe at any time;

  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Payments and security

Payments on our site are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI. Your payment is handled directly by the gateway under its own security standards, and we do not receive or store your complete card details. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:

  • with service providers who help us operate — including Shopify (our store platform), Razorpay (payments), and our courier and logistics partners (delivery);
  • with tools that help us send communications and understand how our site is used;
