Refund & Return Policy

Every Priyaa Label piece is made to order or held in limited ready-to-ship inventory. Please review the following before purchasing.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, for a full refund. After 24 hours, because each piece is made to order and goes into production, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery on ready-to-ship pieces, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns must be initiated within this 2-day window.

Custom orders, altered pieces, and made-to-size or bridal/heirloom commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are handled case by case. Write to us in detail within 2 days of receiving your piece. Where the fabric and embroidery allow, we will reorder or remake your piece in the correct size. We recommend taking your measurements carefully before ordering to avoid this.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will make it right.

How to request a return or exchange

Email priyaalabel@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp, quoting your order number — within 2 days of delivery for returns or size exchanges.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or as store credit where preferred. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
