All Priyaa Label pieces are cut with considered ease — the garments are designed to drape, not hold a fixed silhouette. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip in centimetres and referring to the table below.

Yes. All Priyaa Label pieces are made to order. Share your bust, waist, hip, and height when placing your order or via WhatsApp, and our atelier will cut to your exact measurements. There is no additional charge for custom sizing.

All pieces are made to order in our Mumbai atelier. Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. We ship pan-India via tracked courier. For urgent requirements, write to us before ordering — we will confirm whether your timeline is achievable.

Every Priyaa Label piece is dispatched in a hand-stitched muslin envelope from our Mumbai atelier. The packaging is designed to be kept — use it for storage between seasons.

Dry-clean only. Store flat in the muslin envelope provided, away from direct light and moisture. Refold every season along a fresh axis to prevent permanent crease marks forming along the same fold lines.

For Zardozi and Gota Patti work: avoid contact with perfume or deodorant directly on the embroidered surface — the metallic threads react to alcohol-based products over time.

Yes. Write to the atelier with photographs of the damage and we will advise. Repairs on Zardozi and Gota Patti work are carried out by the same hands that stitched the original piece wherever possible.

As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, write to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

Size exchanges are handled case by case. Write to the atelier within 7 days of receiving your piece. Where fabric and embroidery allow, we will alter or remake to your correct size. We recommend taking measurements carefully before ordering to avoid this.

Bridal pieces require a minimum of 8–12 weeks. For heavily embroidered Zardozi lehengas, allow 14–16 weeks. We strongly recommend reaching the atelier at least four months before your occasion date.
