Shipping Policy

Each Priyaa Label piece is made to order and crafted after your order is confirmed.

Processing & delivery

Pieces are made to order and delivered in approximately 2–4 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the piece — bridal and heavily embellished styles sit at the longer end. Each piece is carefully packed and sent via our tracked courier partner. A tracking link is shared by email and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships, and any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

International orders

At launch, our checkout is configured for delivery within India. We accept international orders by request — write to priyaalabel@gmail.com with the piece, your delivery country, and your timeline, and we will respond within one business day with a quote that includes shipping and any applicable duties. Customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.
