All pieces are made to order in our Mumbai atelier. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks from order confirmation. For urgent requirements, write to us before ordering — we will confirm if your timeline is achievable.

Yes. All Priyaa Label pieces can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge. Share your bust, waist, hip, and height when placing your order or via WhatsApp.

Can the colour be changed?

Many pieces can be made in alternate colourways. Write to the atelier before ordering — we will confirm availability and lead time for your chosen colour.

How do I care for this piece?

Dry-clean only. Store flat, away from direct light and moisture. For Zardozi and Gota Patti work: avoid contact with perfume directly on embroidered surfaces.

What is your returns policy?

As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or with a defect, write to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on request. Write to the atelier via the contact page with your location and we will confirm shipping costs and timelines before you place your order.
