Can the colour be changed?

Many pieces can be made in alternate colourways. Write to the atelier before ordering — we will confirm availability and lead time for your chosen colour.

How do I care for this piece?

Dry-clean only. Store flat in the muslin envelope provided, away from direct light and moisture. For Zardozi and Gota Patti work: avoid contact with perfume directly on embroidered surfaces.

What is your returns policy?

As all pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or with a defect, write to us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs.
